Kayira signing a 2 year deal 

Bangwe all stars have introduced four new players since earning promotion to the top flight league.

According to Malawi24, midfielder Chimango Kayira who had a one year deal with Khumalo FC of Mozambique is the latest player to join Bangwe all stars.

A report circulated last week that the former Nyasa Big Bullets captain made a decision of not returning to Mozambique, yet his decision to join the All stars.

"Bangwe all stars have completed the signing of defending Midfielder Chimango Kayira from Mozambique side Vilankulo FC,  Kayira has signed a 2 year deal with Bangwe", reads the statement on the clubs official Facebook page.

On Monday the team announced the signing of Msowoya.

 “After signing defender Bongani Kaipa, the team is also pleased to announce the signing of Innocent Msowoya. The former Sable Farming FC workhorse has penned a two-year contract with the Bangwe based team,” reads the statement.

In accordance to various reports, the team will continue adding new members and rumours are showing that Bullets winger Dalitso Sailesi and Bright Munthali will join the club.

NYAMILANDU LAUNCHES TALENT DEVELOPMENT SCHEME

Nyamilandu speaking to young stars Football Association of Malawi (Fam) President Walter Nyamilandu says the Fifa-funded Talent Development Scheme (TDS) will help improve national football team players. According to the Times Group, Nyamilandu, speaking during the launch of the scheme at Mpira Stadium in Chiwembe Township, Blantyre, said the scheme will facilitate the supply of quality players to the national football team.   “For a long time, we have failed to produce enough complete players for both the national team and export to top leagues abroad because we lacked players that have various attributes such as good physique, height and skills,” he said. BLANTYRE DURBY ENDS IN DRAW

During the game The first Blantyre derby of 2023 failed to produce a winner as Nyasa Big Bullets were held to a goalless draw by rival Mighty Mukuru Wanderers at Kamuzu Stadium on Saturday afternoon. According to Malawi24 nomads dominated the first half while BB enjoyed the closing stage of the second half, but there was nothing to separate the two teams in full time.
